Looking for a fun way to stay fit and help support our local hospital? The Grey Highlands Gran Fondo was such a success last year that they’ve brought it back!
Bring your friends, family or come on your own to cycle a route that starts and finishes in Markdale. Routes meander through beautiful Grey Highlands, passing through Walter’s Falls, Massie, Bognor and Meaford, with views of the Beaver Valley.
Not sure how far you can ride? Three options are available: a 26k family-friendly route is great for first-timers or anyone looking for a shorter commitment. The 77k (including Scotch Mountain) and 122k (up Ward’s Hill) routes are a challenge for intermediate and experienced riders. All routes follow quiet rural roads and rolling terrain with spectacular views of Grey Highlands at every turn. No wonder our area is known as a cyclist’s paradise!
