Grey Bruce Owen Sound Home Sales Set New January Record

RAGBOS reported record-setting January residential sales of 120 units, up 41.2 % from the same month in 2015. The previous record was set in 2007.

Also it was the first January on record where the value of total home sales — $28.4 million — surpassed $25 million. It was a 36.2 % increase over January last year.

Sales of all types of properties totalled 150 in January, up 26.1 over last January. The total value of all properties sold in January was $36.9 million, an increase of 13.9 % from a year ago.
